Daniella Foletto was born in Paris, France to an Italian father and Swedish mother. By the age of two she began drawing animals and figures. Foletto eventually married an American Diplomat which allowed her to travel to many different places all over the world.
During her travels she met famous film director Jean Negulesco. This meeting led to Foletto being signed to a well known movie studio. She went on to have a prosperous career in television and film even earning an Emmy nomination. Ultimately Foletto returned to painting as this is what gave her the most fulfillment.
